ZORRO W/ ALAIN DELON +THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO W / RICHARD CHAMBERLAIN [DOUBLE FEATURE]1 review
KATE NELLIGAN-LOUIS JOURDAN-DONALD PLEASENCE-TARYN POWER--/--OTTAVIA PICCOLO-STANLEY BAKER

EAST WEST ENTERTAINMENT

DO NOT BUY THIS DVD!!!!!
The quality of the movies is worse than terrible. I wish I could have given a "0" to this DVD. Washed out and the Zorro is the French Delon(a respected French actor) and ridiculous Zorro. Monte Cristo is washed out--the sea is white and not blue! I don't know what country makes this disk but DON'T BUY IT ! ! ! ! !

The Sinbad Collection (7th Voyage / Golden Voyage / Eye of the Tiger)26 reviews
Patrick Wayne, Taryn Power

Sony Pictures, 2000

fun fantasy
brings me back to a time in my earlier years of my life when these movies where a lot of fun to watch. It also neat to see the famous john wayne's son patrick play the part of sinbad. Very different from what dad did in the movies.

The Count of Monte-Cristo31 reviews
Richard Chamberlain, Kate Nelligan

The Best Version of "Cristo"
I saw this when it was first shown on US television in about 1975 and was amazed by the storyline and the acting. I had seen Chamberlain in his TV series, but this film allowed him a vast range of emotions and exercises which the Tv show did not. I had not read the novel then, of course. Relatively, this is the video version people should watch. I videotaped it a couple of times (once the ...

Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger [Region 2]37 reviews
Patrick Wayne, Taryn Power

GREAT SPECIAL EFFECTS , BUT THE WEAKEST IN THE SINBAD TRILOGY!
This was Ray Harryhausen's last Sinbad voyage. It is a shame that this didn't turn out the way Ray wanted it to. He never had a big budget for his effect and time was a big factor. Given the circumstances it is a wonderful effort! It is the weakest of the three Sinbad films, but it is still worth owning if your a fan. Ray's effects never get old to me. The DVD transfer is good, but they all ...

Henry Jaglom's Eating - A Very Serious Comedy About Women and Food4 reviews
Nelly Alard, Lisa Blake Richards

New Video Group, 2004

I love it!
Certainly not the standard Hollywood movie. In "Eating", a wide range of attitudes towards food are expressed, from normal to neurotic. Altogether, it is beautiful. Probably partially improvised, done very well. The fictionalized documentary style makes it more natural and intimate. If you like this, see also "Last summer at the Hamptons", "Babyfever", and "Going Shopping".

Tracks1 review
Dennis Hopper, Taryn Power

Paramount, 2006

When Dennis Hopper boarded Henry Jaglom's train of memories-'You want to go to 'Nam? I'll take you to Nam!'
Henry Jaglom's 'Tracks', is a beautifully constructed film, that, deals with the power of memory and the tragedy of War. Without a doubt, the fiery, fantastic acting talent, that is, Dennis Hopper, struts his stuff so close to the bone, that one is drawn in so personally, that, the pain of his situation, becomes, almost unbearable to watch. Unbearable to watch, but, one invariably does and ...
