A great workout video.
Since having my second child I have tried many different workout tapes. All of them had their good points but after a while they tended to get boring or I didn't really notice any difference in my body and weight. What truely made a difference was just getting outside and walking everyday. Now that I have three kids, I find it harder to get out to walk everyday. This movie will become a classic somehow...by word of mouth?
This movie is amazing!!! I think it should be a classic...like The Wizard Of Oz. I love it!!!! The story is warm, funny, romantic, heartbreaking, and it has such a delightful ending. The acting is perfecto, the director is a cinematic genuis, and the production is high budget..(or at least it looks that way). Great movie...one of the best movies ever made. The first thing I thought when I saw the box for this dvd was, Who the heck is Garlic Jr? I have read all the manga books and I never saw him once. So far this series had given us much filler, scenes that were slighlty longer than need to be but this is an entire saga of filler. An excellent box set at an excellent price! Great clean film, bright vibrant colors, good audio. 5.1 is available only for Dub + Japanese music track. Regular dub and regular Japanese audio have only 2 channel sound. Cut frames? Not at all noticeable for this entire saga. While I originally bought this 3 pack DVD work-out for the Cardio Kickbox, I have found that I actually like the for Beginners Frontside and Backside DVD's even more.
