Fantastic in its own right...
This is a FANTASTIC DVD. Shiva is an amazing teacher who mixes just the right amount of instruction and great music. And while I agree that this material is included in the Yoga Shakti DVD which I also have an use daily; it is a beautiful practice in its own right. It should be noted that not every retailer is a fair with its pricing as Amazon and I have seen Yoga Shakti for $29.99 with this DVD ...

Good, Bad...I'm the guy with the gun!
Yes the format is dead...BUT if you own an HD DVD player (buy it on close out) why not get the supporting HD movie software dirt cheap. Yes these titles will be re-released on Blu-ray but why pay twice the price for the same HD quality picture...plus the HD DVD player is an excellent standard DVD upconverter...much better than the $79 DVD upscalers that are on the market today.

A surprise. Speed is something to watch.
If September 11th changed your life in some way (which I'm sure is true for everyone) you need to see this short and refreshing gem. Linklater and Levitch give a unique perspective on how we are to see tragedy and what can be done with the "sacred ground" of the WTC. Shiva is an amazing instructor... This DVD is one of her best... I do have to say that I have to be in the mood to do it as there is a lot of free style dancing... but after I'm done, I feel so connected and in peace!!! This is another winner from Shiva!!
