A Great Printer with Some Software Issues
I bought an entire new computer system, including this printer. I like that it is wireless, makes copies, scans, and prints double sided.
After two weeks of use it somehow just disappeared from my computer as a printer option. I had to call the Geek Squad and have them walk me through re-installing it ... the CD setup that comes with it was for Windows Vista or XP only. I have Windows 7.

I've tried the no-name refills, but have never found them to actually save me money. The initial cost is a bit less than the real HP cartridges, but the four I tried did not last as long as HP. Worse yet, 1 leaked and 1 clogged. In contrast, I've never had a problem with the dozens of HP cartridges used over the years.
