The scale works and is nice looking that is the positive. The negative would be it seems difficult to understand how to use it. Once you do figure it out you set it aside and next time you want to use it you have to pull the instruction booklet out again. Really unless your a big time healt nut don't bother with this scale.

These bars are excellent. They taste great and give you lots of lasting energy. We used them while out in the woods picking morel mushrooms.
