This is my second purchase of this product. This is great support for your middle and lower back. It helps keep your back in its natural alignment. I had to return this item. It had no effect for me. It says one size fit s all but it had no effect for me except a slight irritation of the edges of the elastice. The straps need to be made of some thing non-elastic and the mechanisms need to accomodate more range of sizes.
