While the product did work for posture improvement, I had to wear a tee shirt under it to minimize the rubbing of the uncomfortable fabric. There are other products that are better.

Good product for the price
Overall this was a good item, especially for the price. I do feel quite a difference when I am wearing the band and have discovered new muscles in my back. I wish the band came a little bit bigger for broader shoulder/back people; that way I could have eased into it better. If you need some help with posture and have clothing that can hide the band, this would be a great product.

very unhappy with this item
Purchased this product for travel. They are made out of paper and the sizing is much larger then marked. Theses are uncomfortable, scratchy and baggy! I have purchased disposable underpants in the past for travel and they were made out of 100% cotton, albiet very thin cotton. I wish I would have reordered from that company. Those were great-these are terrible!
