Great insole for high arches
I have high arches and I need insoles to provide arch support. Recently, I was told to also try insoles providing metatarsal support and the Pedag Holiday was the perfect insole. It helps me make it thru the day when I am walking a lot or on my feet for long periods of time.

Best insert I have tried
I have thin narrow feet and have tried many different shoes as well as shoe inserts. This one is the slimmest and most effective one of all, by far. It fits in my loafers and flats and is comfortable rather than painful--just the right support. I just bought another pair. And I am not a "fake" reviewer as someone else claimed all positive reviews are.
