Good reading

This is a very good study into alternative views of how The New Testament was put together. I recommend reading this book.

Very Popular

This book is borrowed more than any other in my collection. A very interesting read for anyone; it seems my Christian friends bring more away from this read than secular/non-Christians. A lot of people agree that the bible is much more powerful when not taken literally, and read as a collection of stories spanning hundreds of years and multiple authors. Regardless of your theistic beliefs, I recommend this book to anyone with an interest in religion or religious history.

Jesus Christ born 1153, cruxified 1186 in Constantinople?

I wonder what Bart Ehrman would have said if he learned that all religions have the same source(History: Fiction or Science? (Chronology, No. 1)). History of religions looks as follows: the pre-Christian period (before the XI century and JC), Bacchic Christianity (XI-XII century, before and after JC), JC Christianity (XII-XVI century) and its subsequent mutations into Orthodox Christianity, the Catholicism, Islam, Buddhism, and so on.
