Great book

This book contains a very representative group of sample questions, based on the CBEST I took. The review was very helpful, especially for the written section. It's hard enough to write something good, but on the test you have to write it SHORT, which is even harder. The book gives some great hints on how to construct a short but complete essay.

Passed with no sweat

I decided to enroll and take the test at the last minute. This book was great for helping me to cram. I brushed up on my math skills and had a couple of english reminders. The book was easy to read and study from. I think that it was a good example of what the CBEST was really like. I highly recommend it. I had friends who used other books and they said the material in their books was completely different from the test. Cracking the CBEST hit it straight on! Good Luck!

Passing with flying colors.

I found this book to truthfully reflect what is on the CBEST. The test was directly reflected in the examples. It was easy to follow the explanations and the test taking tips were outstanding. Forget Barron's. It is nothing like the test at all. If you study Cracking the CBEST, you should do just fine.

I bought this book just one short week before my CBest Test. It is an easy read and contains many helpful hints. I passed the test and recommend this book to everyone taking the test.

Well I passed the CBEST. This book prepared me for the test and gave me some really good test taking strategies to pass the test. The test wasn't as bad as I thought and this book really prepared me in all subject matters.
