Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH

The book Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH is by Robert C. O'Brien. This book is about how the rats of NMH and Mrs.Frisby help and cooperate together. I think this book was pretty good because it is very interesting what the rats can do and how they do these things. Such as using electricity and READING!!!!!!!

This story takes place in middle of winter on Mr. Fitzgibbon's farm. Mrs. Frisby lives on this farm with her family. She is really brave and has a lot of courage. Especially since she lives without a husband. The book starts with Mrs. Frisby's son, Timothy, getting sick and not being able to move before Mr. Fitzgibbon plows the field. While she is getting help for her sick son she meets Jeremy, and frees him from the string he is tied in. Jeremy then repays her by taking her to the owl for help. The Owl tells Mrs. Frisby to go to the rats. The rats agree to help her with her problem and tell her their Plan. Mrs. Frisby plans to poison Dragon so they can move her house. She learns that Exterminators are coming to exterminate the rats. Will the rats get to move to Thorn Valley and will Mrs. Frisby's house get moved? One important character in this book and to the rats is Nicodemus. Also, Jeremy and the Owl are important too. This book is very interesting and shows that in having courage you will reach your goals.

One thing that really stood out to me was the theme. Every time someone in this book has the courage to do something they get something done or learn something. Mrs.Frisby had a lot of courage to go to the Owl, which could eat her. Since she had so much courage she got good advise from the owl and had met the rats.

Another thing that really stands out to me, is the style this book is written in. this thing stands out to me because there is always something new happening after another, which is really exiting. After that, the Rats had escaped from NIMH they had found a mansion with a huge library. Then, had learned that humans hate them so they should be very careful.

I would recommend this book to everyone! This book has a lot of adventurous events, but also has sad events too. This book is filled with friendship and a lot of love. You will never want to stop reading!!!

Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH

The story Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH is by the author Robert. C. O'Brien. This book is about rats that get captured and are educated. They make a civilization and help Mrs. Frisby with her problem. I this book I a so-so book because at one point it was exciting and at another point it got uneventful.

This story takes place at the end of winter at Mr. Fitzgibbon's farm. Mrs. Frisby lives on the farm with her family. Mrs. Frisby is brave and she always shows courage throughout the book. The rats that Mrs. Frisby meets were once captured in NIMH and they get educated. Ms. Frisby goes to these rats for help with her problem; her son, Timothy, is sick and she has to move houses because the plow is coming. The rats said that she has to poison the cat Dragon so they can move her house. Later in the story Mrs. Frisby hears news about exterminators coming so she tells Justin, Mr. Ages and Nicodemus. This story shows that education sets you free.

One thing that stood out to me was the characters. They stood out to me because they are smart and they have a lot of technology. For example, they have all these books, lights, wires and electric motors because they went to NIMH.

Another thing that stood out to me was the theme. The theme stands out to me because it is in almost every chapter. For example, when Isabella was learning how to read and she was getting educated.

I would recommend this book to everyone because this is a good book. This book is filled with a lot of love and a lot of friendship. You will love reading this book.

The story Mrs.Frisby and the rats of NIMH is a story by Robert C.O'Brien. This book is about the rats of NIMH who help Mrs.Frisby. I think this book was pretty good because it makes you think and you try to compare it to your own life.

Mrs. Frisby is a widowed mouse with four small children. She and her family live in a slightly damaged cinder block on Mr.Fitzgibon's farm. The time of the book is late winter, early spring. Timothy, her youngest son, is lying ill with pneumonia and will possibly die if he is moved. The Frisby family has to move to their summerhouse and the rats have to move to Thorn Valley. The rats were normal until they came to NIMH. Nicodemus, Mr.Ages, and Justin were also at NIMH, but now the rats again have to have to escape from the experimenters, and they still have to help move Mrs.Frisby's house, so that they won't die when Mr.Fitzgibbon begins to plow the field. The book's theme is that with cooperation you can accomplish amazing things. In the book, animals work together to save each other. ?

The characters really stand out to me because they all have problems and they need each other to solve them. For example, the rats have to move Mrs.Frisby's house.

The theme stands out to me because anyone could have a sick child, but not all of the parents are brave enough to go through the things that Mrs.Frisby goes through for her son. For example, she goes to the owl to ask for advice even though she's scared that he might eat her.

I strongly recommend this book to anyone who likes animal stories because it's like human people just in animal form and it's fun to compare the story to your self and see what they actually have in common with your day-to-day life.

The story Mrs.Frisby and the Rats of NIMH is by Robert C. O'Brien. This story is about a widow mouse, Mrs.Frisby, who has two problems. One is that her son is sick and the second problem is that Mrs.Frisby needs to move her house before moving day. I think this story is pretty good because some parts of the story were pretty good but the other parts were ok.

This story takes place in Mr.Fizgibbon's farm. Mrs.Frisby lives in a cinder block on the farm with her four children. She is a nice and brave mouse. The story starts with Timothy getting sick with pneumonia; he might die. Mrs.Frisby goes to Mr.Ages' house to get medicine. On her way home she see a crow named Jeremy whose foot is stuck in a piece of string. She untangles him right before a cat can eat him. Jeremy wants to repay Mrs.Frisby, so he takes her to the owl so she can ask the owl to help her. The owl says to go to the rats that live in a rosebush, so she does. There she meets a rat named Nicodemus. She learns about NIMH. Later on, she gets caught in a cage. Then she hears Mr.Fizgibbon saying that the exterminators are coming to kill her friends, the rats. Other important characters are Jeremy, the rats, and Dragon. The theme of this book is that with bravery you can do amazing things.

One thing that really stands out to me is the theme. The theme stands out to me because bravery comes up a lot in the story. For example, Mrs.Frisby went to the owl even though owls eat mice. Also, Mrs.Frisby untangled Jeremy's foot from the string when there was a cat nearby.

Another thing that really stands out to me are the characters. The characters stand out to me is because the characters make the story interesting and exciting. For example, the animals are smart and the rats can read.

I would only recommend this story to children ten and under. I say this because Mrs.Frsiby and the Rats of NIMH is not that interesting for people who are 13 and older.
