The way you illustrate your points with stories and examples, makes them 'click' so much easier and better than just stating the point itself. No teacher ever seemed to be able to impart the information in a way that I 'got'. You know, to people like me apples + oranges = fruit salad! The way you illustrate your points helps me to 'get' them.
The information is invaluable. You bring out things that I've never read anywhere else, that make such sense. I've written copious notes and done the exercises and learnt a whole lot more about myself. Thank you for a fabulous book.
