I love it!

My name is Gabriel Jovet and I am 7 years old. My teacher read this book to us in class and I thought it was going to be boring but it wasn't. My favorite part was when the eye was rolling to the child. I recommend this book for my sister. I also like these books by Mo Willems Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus and The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog. I hope you like it.

My name is Daniel Berrios and I am 7 years old. My English teacher read this book to us in class and I thought it was funny. My favorite part was when the dad is angry. I recommend this book for my family. I also like this book by Mo Willems: The Pigeon Has feelings Too. I hope you think it is cool.

Kids love it!

My five-year-old son has brought this book home from the library at his school twice now, and he and my 2-year-old just plain LOVE it. I have a niece who is almost 10 who saw it at my house and said "I love that book!" My five-year-old likes how it has pictures of real places, with cartoon characters drawn into them. And they all LOVE the parts where Trixie is trying to speak and says words like "Aggle Flaggle Klabble!" It is SO hilarious, in fact, that I am hesitant to read it at bedtime anymore because they laugh so much and get SO wound up! I would recommend this book for any child of any age.

Great book to relate to!

Parents will love this book because you can relate to the parents' feelings of glee, panic, frustration, and relief. Your children will love the cartoon pictures mixed into photographs and finding the child with the "Pigeon shirt" in the park. It's a funny book and children begin to memorize it. It's a hit at our house. I bought in in softcover and wish now I had bought it in hardcover--it gets a lot of use!

Great for kids under 3!

This book has a great story and wonderful pictures. My 20 month year old loves it but it is a little young for my 3 and 1/2 year old.
