Excellent book in helping dealing with relationship loss!

This book has been great in helping me deal with my divorce. It's very simple but really helps normalize all that I am going through. It also has great poems that have really hit home for me and express exactly what I am feeling!

MUST HAVE

I found this book while going through a relationship loss over 20 years ago. Since then, I have given it to friends suffering from losses of their own (everything from the passing of a relative, parent, or pet, to the loss of a friendship, love affair, etc.

Excellent help book!

For those of you who are shocked, surprised and traumatized by the loss of your spouse,(my wife of 15 years just up and moved away with very little contact) this book is for you. It helped me tremendously, it described in detail all the feelings I had and how to cope with it. Very simple reading with a lot of great poems, very light reading.

How to Survive the loss of a Love

I found that this book helped me tremendously to go through the greiving process after the loss of my daughter. However, it is written more for people who have lost a mate or significant other. But the message was clear and very helpful with good advise especially when you have hit bottom. I have purchased this book for others who have lost loved ones.
