Great Blood Pressure Machine

This machine works great. It's much more expensive if you try to buy it at the pharmacy.

I would recommend it to anyone wanting a machine that does it all.

Does the Job; Memory Function a plus

Once you get the knack of properly placing the cuff (I had the help of my father-in-law, a physician), this product provides fast blood pressure and pulse readings. The memory function is particularly useful for keeping track of blood pressure and pulse. I would rate it higher if not for the fact that machine is very sensitive to placement of cuff - a 1/4 inch to the left or right can produce significant differences in readings.

Omron review

The only problem is that it does not appear to be very accurate. Brought it with me to the doctor's office and compared readings with monitor at the office. The Omron readings were always higher. Since this is the most important feature of having a monitor, I cannot say that I am happy with the product.

The OMRON HEM-712C Auto Blood Pressure monitor with IntelliSense is a great tool for home use. I am an RN & used to have the old style wrap around pump-up type for use with a stethescope. My husband needs BP monitoring at home & this set is easy to use, pumps up automatically,requires NO stethescope, gives accurate readings, has memory for recording & a lay person can do it for themselves. The price is highly affordable, & home-monitoring gives a better "read" of true BP than A DR's Office or public monitoring station. Finding it on Amazon & ordering it from there was very easy & convenient, also.

Great product

This is a great product and is more or less what I was expecting. The 4 Star is for the inconsistance in results when you take more than one reading. I would expect all readings to be the same or nearly same..It show a difference of upto 10 on both systolic and dystolic...
