Great new characters!
Great new characters. I would love to see Megan and Grady together again, maybe throw in the reality of having a family.
Believable concept - not believable characters
Only Iris Johnasen's experience as a writer pulls this story through. Too much ignorance and arguments between the protagonists turns this `really cool concept' into a `so - so story'.
Since the story was somewhat predictable right from the start I'm not sure that I can give it a 4 star review. If I could, I'd give it a 3+.
In the beginning, I was excited to find that this well balanced author dabbles a little into what reads to me as light paranormal fiction due to the `do you believe?' - issue of psychics and their abilities and gifts. You don't have to be a believer in psychics to enjoy a story like
Pandora's
Daughter
. But the question is... Shouldn't at least the characters be believable in order to enjoy a read?
