I really enjoyed Clayton and Syneda's story. They were both full of fire and it was hot reading about how they melted together.Whispered Promises (Arabesque)

The Perfect Love Story!!!!!

I LOVED this book!!!! I fell soooo in love with Clayton Madaris just as I did with Dex Madaris in Whispered Promises. The book is a page turner and you will enjoy every minute of it. I couldn't put it down!

Another Excellent Madaris novel

I had been looking forward to the reprinting of this novel for weeks and it did not disappoint!! A lot of women I'm sure can relate to Syneda in some way, myself included. She grew up believing her father abandoned her and has a lot of trust issues associated with that as a way to protect herself from being vulnerable. Clayton, who never believed he'd fall in love, falls hard for Syneda but understands that and does everything in his power to make her see that he loves her and gives up only when Syneda turns him down. Why Syneda's father was never in her life is explored. The sexual tension between Clayton and Syneda builds from the beginning and you immediately want them together. Some of Brenda Jackson's best love scenes are in this book!! The book pulls you in from start to finish. Recommended for all romance readers, especially Jackson fans who haven't read this book yet.

A true romance book

I never thought Brenda Jackson could get any better, but she did with this book. She can never let us down. Syneda and Clayton's story was very beautiful. Their antics, conversations, and temper-tantrums had me laughing, especially Claytons. What he did at Whispering Pines had me dying laughing. The family bonding in this book is wonderful. This book got better and better with every page I turned. Syneda and Clayton's love seemed tangible. I felt their pain. His love for Syneda was so powerful. The twist and turns in this book really added to it. I love the characters in this book. Each one of them can have their own story. Get this book; it will touch your heart.

GREAT READ!!!

I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! Love is always good when it sneaks up on you, especially when you believe it's not capable. I'm sure a lot of sisters can identify with Syneda's character in regards to needing restoration due to insecurities stemmed from childhood. With Clayton's persistence and patience, he does exactly that. It's a wonderful story.
