Great Book!

This book was great for me and my wife. It helped us understand some of the exercises we can do together to help throughout the process. They were really easy to understand and do from day 1 to the end. Our doctor worked with us and monitored the great progress we had going through the exercies. The pictures really help!
Trust me it helped!

fantastic resource

this book has been a great opportunity for my wife and i to prepare ourselves physically for our soon to be baby boy. everyday, we are able to isolate regions of our bodies with Isa's specific and well-written examples of easy-to-do exercises. My wife loves the abdominal workouts, and the walking program has definitely boosted both of our daily energy. until we began using Isa's book and her methods, my wife and i didn't really realize just how effective and beneficial staying healthy is during pregnancy.






AMAZING!!!!!

My wife and I were looking for something so she can exercise before and after her pregnancy. The great part it is for both of to exercise and at the same time we are in this together. My wife had the baby and she is in great shape. I cannot wait for the next book to come out. I cannot imagine my wife going through the pregnancy without this book.

Great book!

My husband and I read this book after our Dr. advised me to start low impact exercising to help manage Lower back pains. Worked out for us. It also helped me feel better about my body, and gave my husband and I another opportunity to bond.
