Get a box of tissue ready

I bought this book when I was in the 6th or 7th grade and to this day I still remember how much I cried when I read it. It was the first book to touch me so emotionally. The main character is searching for a her brother's heart who was a organ donor because she blames herself for his death. It's really touching and so heart breaking. The things she goes through and the agony and pain, I feel with her. Even though it's a pretty quick and easy read, I totally recommend people of all ages to read this book.

I lost this book in a fire but I recently remembered about it and was searching up for it again to buy it. :) But yea, this book is a must-read. :)

Searching for David's Heart

The novel "Searching for David's Heart" by Cherie Bennett was a personally touching piece. It was about a girl named Darcy who adores her older brother David. Everything changes when David starts liking a girl, and Darcy becomes jealous. One night she goes and finds her brother making out with the girls she hates. As a result Darcy runs off and David follows her, but a car hits him. David ends up dying and the family gives his organs away, including his heart.
Darcy feels so guilty and is to herself for a while. She then realizes she can only live with herself once she finds the owner of David's heart. Darcy and her best friend Sam go on an adventure to find David's heart. On the way they encounter many hardships, but together they overcome them. They eventually find David's heart, and when they do Darcy can finally let him go. Darcy loved her brother, and she will never forget him.
This book was a warm and heartfelt book. Every moment of it was real and emotional. It shows the hardships of a young girl trying to deal with not only the loss of her older brother, but also the fact that she somewhat caused the accident. I loved this heart- warming book and recommend it to people of all ages. It is a great book for everyone.

Not much help.

I really haven't read this book in a long time, and don't think I can give you details, but I can tell you this has become my favorite book ever. It is really sad, and it's written so well. It's honestly the best book you will ever read.

Darce's brother David just died in a car crash after she and David got in a fight on her birthday, and he donates his heart to a little boy. Throughout the whole book Darce, and her friend Sam go looking for David's heart, because she feels it's her fault he died.

It's just the best book you will ever read, and the best movie ever made. And I really think that if you pass up the chance to read this then you're really missing out.

Splendid Book

Searching For Davids Heart is the best book I've ever read.This book is about a girl named Darcy and her brother Derek.Life is rough at Darcy's house,money is tight and her parents fight alot.The day of Darcy's birthday Derek brings his girlfriend which makes Darcy very upset.After the party Derek and his girlfreind go to the park at the bench.Whenever Darcy overhears them talking something tragic that Darcy never even pictured happened and she ......well she blaims herself.
