What best review can I give for a book that just changed my whole life? I think the best I can do is to honestly warn other readers about this power: "Watch out! This book will change your life!" But this will only happen if you read it honestly, with a true desire to acknowledge the title: "Our Father Abraham". Dr. Marvin Wilson, simply and powerfully, explains what Christians have lost since departing from the Jews. And, of course, what Jews might benefit from the Christian experience. Have you ever watched "A Fiddler on The Roof"? Well, I hadn't, until I read this book. Now it's one of my favorite movies, because I know what's behind it! In short, if you really want to understand the Hebraic roots of your faith, don't start anywhere else. Buy it right now! And recommend it to as many of your dears as possible. But warn them: "Watch out! This book will change your life!"

Necessary read

Although this book is a bit difficult to read (due to all the information contained within) it is a must read for those of the Jewish faith or those looking to understand the basis for Christianity! Wonderful book full of heavy reference material. Provides a detailed path from early Judaism to the Christian church (and all that transpired in between).

Indespensable for Christians and Jews

Having studied under Dr. Wilson at Gordon College I can recommend this book without any reservations. No teacher has had a more positive effect on my life and personal development. If you want to know about the roots of Christianity, this book is for you.

Good Title But......

I love the concept of the book however the language is very lofty for the lay person. It is written in text book language.

The Semite people are our friends

This book finally reveals and understands the in-depth relationship of Christianity and its roots. There are millions of people that have lived before Christ was on Earth but they believed in the same God. You will see them in heaven although they have never met Jesus personally while on Earth since Jesus was born after they died.
