Great collection

I finally got the chance to read this book and I'm glad I did. An interesting mix of stories from real readers of USA Weekend, the ghost tales run the gamut from the sweet (deceased relatives watching over their families) to the terrifying (evil demonic forces that want people out of "their" homes). A definite must-read for believers; for non-believers, some of these stories may change their minds!

I thought all the individual stories were really different and unique.. who would of thought there were so many people who had had paranormal experiences. Fun and quick read.

I Never Believed USA Today Could Compile a Great Ghost Story Book Until...

Compulsively readable collection of succinct, credible ghost encounters that run the gamut of scenarios. Nothing too bone-chillingly scary, but most accounts are pretty interesting, and there are no boring speculative interjections by an author stringing them together -- just story after story. This is one you'll read again and again.


Really interesting, scary stuff!

This is a great, true ghost story book...easy to read and divided into chapters. I can recommend specific chapters to friends that didn't want the really scary stuff but wanted stories about angels, friendly ghosts, etc.. I couldn't put it down and read it in two days! Highly recommended! I loan this one out regularly to friends because it's so entertaining.
