Great for unwinding

There isn't much out there for we who want to relax and practice our faith at the sametime. I thought this was a good CD.

You need not go outside the Church for Meditation

Christian meditation is a perfect tool for those who seek to stay in the Church but pursue a mystical life. The Roman Catholic and Eastern Rite churches do have a meditative and mystical legacy that is not as well known as its legalistic doctrine. This is a great CD to own if meditation is your thing and you want to stay true to your faith at the same time.
