Content Rich and Future Focused
Having read all the
Love
Em or
Lose
Em book series, this Fourth Edition is most helpful. I'm a trainer/consultant and need "instant reliable info" daily on a variety of topics. This resource provides documented content to augment personal stories and provide new insights...(1)steeped in research(2) truth telling about tough topics (3) valuable advice.
In this volume I found new insights in the Alas after Alas stories throughout the chapters, tips on recognition (169-182), providing feedback (196-204), Listening (208-214), dealing with generations working together (Pg. 233-246), Manager self test: Retention Enagement Index (255-262), Pushbacks (263-266) and Got More? 268-277). Practical, valuable, and to the point.
