Awesome service

This was a suggested purchase in addition to another book. I was intrigued, so I went ahead & purchased it. As usual, the service was excellent & the product was as well.

Awesome!

I wish I had ordered this sooner!. I have been crocheting for 30+ years and never have I found a better reference for stitch techniques. I had contemplated buying these for the past few years and wish I had done so much sooner. A valuable book for your crochet library.

20 stitches and variations

I am a bit disappointed with this book sure it tells and shows how to make the basic stitches and then goes into a multitude of variations and combinations of those basic stitches. This is fine if you want ideas of how to use your basic stitches, but with a title like this I expected 300 stitches each unique and adaptable to circumstances. I guess my hope was a bit off. If you want lots of repeat stitches and like making doilies etc this is the book for you.

Good book

Nice assortment of stitches. Definitely enough to keep a crocheter busy for a long time to come.

I did find some of the diagrams of the stitch patterns confusing, but the stitch diagram of the granny quare really helped a lot.

A nice book to add to your reference collection.

Unique use of easy stitches

This particular Harmony Guide has the standard sc, dc, front and back post, cluster, and v stitches shown in color with clear directions. What sets it apart from other stitch guides are the number of combinations of the sc and dc to make interesting cloth patterns. Many of the cluster and chain groups are different from patterns I have seen in other books, and several sc, dc in a stich with chains or not produce very pleasant fabrics. The motifs are typical, and the edgings are ones you could find in other books. For creating your own scarf or blanket, this book shows lots of possible results, and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it.
