Reassuring for any first time mother

I found this book to be very informative, helpful and reassuring. The style of the book made me feel like I was talking to a best friend or mother and getting great advice. I highly recommend this book to women just finding out they are pregnant. It covers everything you need to know!

A godsend for my daughter and me

As a reader, giftgiver and new grandfather, Spencer's book was a godsend. My daughter relied on it daily. It helped me understand what she was going through. Importantly, for us both, the book is written in a sensitive and caring way -- sometimes we felt like Paula was there with us. I would highly recommend this book for soon-to-be new mothers and for the people who love them.
