Ryushi is now bonded with Araceil and is devoting almost all his time to sharpening his flying skills while Calica has to make an important decision, that could mean the end of the keriags. Hochi is still trying to figure out that mystery of the pendant given to him by tochaa while each of them silently mourn the deaths of their friends, Elani, Peliqua and Kia.But a girl is found in the desert. Mi'atte, she is called, and she knows not of the life she must've once had. She only knows the dark, wet mines where she spends most of her days. But someone is leaving her little clues, clues that make her yearn for her lost memories, clues that make her want to escape. . .
This is filled with action, fantasy and interesting character development. But, as said before, this is not a good ending book! It seems unfinished, but I asked Chris Wooding to write another and he said it wouldn't happen. too bad. well, hope you enjoy this book!
