Great for experienced users and newbies alike

This is an excellent book for any eBay user, whether your feedback level is 1 or 1000. In a friendly, funny style, Shauna Wright tells readers how to avoid the many pitfalls of selling (and buying) on eBay, using true stories from tormented users to illustrate her points. Entertaining and informative; I highly recommend this book!

Why didn't someone tell me this stuff before?

A well organized, humerous and informative book that addresses what REALLY goes on during eBay transactions. The easy-to-read (and understand) style describes several situations that one may find themselves in, and what to do next. A very light and fun read - I didn't feel as if I was digesting a typical how-to guide at all! Great for all levels of eBay users. I wish I had this book a year ago when I started selling on eBay.

Great book for new Ebay-ers

I'm pretty new to Ebay, don't ask how I got passed by this trend! This book gave me great information on how things really work behind the scenes, and answers to questions I didn't even know I had. The writing is casual in style, not like a boring textbook. You'll laugh at Shauna's snarky comments. It's entertaining as well as informative. I just buy stuff on Ebay right now, but this book makes me feel smart enough to start selling some of my stuff.

Wish I had this earlier!

With a lively and entertaining style, the author covers how to stay safe on Ebay. Both buyers and sellers will benefit from her explanations of how things work on Ebay. Real life examples are used to illustrate what can go wrong, how to avoid problems and how to escape problems.

Even thought I've been on Ebay since 1998, I found myself exclaiming over and over again, "So, that's how it works!" While it is not written directly for beginners, it would certainly be helpful to have before you have a conflict. I certainly wish that I had it before I was hit with negative feedback...undeserved, of course. I would recommend it for people who are currently involved with buying or selling on Ebay and those who are interested in getting involved.
