Highly recommend for everyone

What a delightful little book! Full of faith-based common sense advice on how to live your live to the fullest, it applies to today's world just as much as it did back when there were still horses and buggies on the streets. Some of her quaint sayings will make you laugh, but the meaning is still very clear. I have bought several as gifts. We use 'Scovel-Shinn' as a verb now, applying her principles to situations or events for the best possible outcome :o)

For someone who was known as being a negative person at times, this book found it's way to me (via my sister) at a crossroad of my life, and literally saved it! The principles outlined in the book are simple, yet powerful, and if you can swing the change in personality that is required, you will find an entirely new 'you' that will only attract good things in the future. You will be healthier, wealthier, and happier in all areas of your life!!

Better Than "The Secret"

I have read this book 5+ times and every time I finish reading it, I immediately start from page 1 again. I've done alot of self discover, self help programs and this is one of "the best", well, I think "the best" when it comes to explaining the symbolism that is used in The Bible, as well as philosphical ideas and ways of living. If everyone used these ways, the world would be so much better. I would recommend this book for anyone who has a difficult time dealing with certain situations that happen in everyday life. It's been a life saver for me!! I could be in a bad mood when I start reading it, and within 20 minutes, I'm all better!! Enjoy (;
