Great info, simple formatt

I enjoyed the points made in this book. They are basic and you'll find yourself saying "of course!" However, sometimes we need to see it in print to realize or remember.

I would have loved to read more commentary on each topic. Why leave a page 2/3 blank? If you can't at least fill a page with content, maybe it isn't important enough to put the topic in the book.

Overall, buy it (maybe used) and study these principals. They make sense and work. 4 of 5 stars.

Typical of Seth Godin's books, The Big Red Fez is easy to read and right on! Although published several years ago, Seth's observations about Web site marketing are likely timeless. This book is a must read for the novice as well as a terrific review for seasoned marketers.

Most of the guidelines are common sense unless you're a techie or web designer, which is the whole point that the author is trying to make. You need to put on the marketing hat when it comes to profitable web design. I highly recommend this book for anyone who has a website or develops websites and desires to increase their customer retention and profits.
