This book does an excellent job of conveying Janet's struggles that came from her consumption of Nutrasweet. Nutrasweet is found in almost all diet drinks. Janet developed Grave's Disease from the Nutrasweet. It can also lead to cancer and all kinds of other brain defficiencies.
This book is a great book to read if you have a problem with trying to use diet drinks to lose weight. You don't have to drink soft drinks that are diet to lose weight. I hope that by seeing the struggles that Janet went through in the book that more people can learn about the dangers of Nutrasweet can lead to.
