LOVE IT !!!!

I love the way the 3 sisters put their hearts and souls into this book. Not only is it informative but its funny and so very down to earth. Its like they are really talking to "ME" They've included an overview of each diet plan and even recipies WTG !!! LOVE IT !!!!!! I highly recommend you read it.

Delightful!

I have been a member of http://www.3fat chicks.com for 6 months. I was so excited when I heard that they had written a book, I just had to have it. Wow. What an inspirational story of 3 women, who, much like myself, have struggled with weight loss and are winning the battle pound by pound.

The book is not only an insightful biography of the 3 ladies, but also a testimonial of real women like me, who are part of the wonderful community of Fat Chicks!

This book is a great gift for a friend, a sister, a mother, a daughter and yes, fellas, a girlfriend or wife.

Suzanne, Jennifer, and Amy thank you for this delightful book and your wonderful weight loss community. I will treasure them both for years to come.
