As usual I loved it!!!

What can you say, Brenda Jackson does it again with a new Madaris man!! I really loved the story, Brenda can write no wrong in my eyes. It was great catching up with all of the Family and Friends. Again couldn't put the book down, didn't want it to end!!!, Can't wait for the next Madaris to bite the dust.

Another wonderful Madaris Man!!!

Congratulations Mrs. J.,you've written another winner. I loved being able to catch up on the lives of the Madaris family and their friends. The story of Slade Madaris and Skye was very well written. Mrs. Jackson's talent of making her characters come to life was once again expressed in this book. Slade was just the man Skye needed. He was fine, sexy and sensitive to Skye's situation. Skye was in search love and her birth family, and Slade helped her find her way. The love story was both romantic and sensual. The story is of course delivered with the patented Brenda Jackson Sizzle!!! I can't wait for the next Madaris novel.

Did you doubt?

Skye and Slade were made for each other and thats final!...I was ready for this book months ago and I ordered so I would have it the day it came out and I read it in a couple of hours...Skye's story wasn't what you expect and you just KNEW Slade was going ot be there because thats who he is...I mean come on he's a Maadris for pete's sake!....The book is to die for then to add pleasure for the readers like myself that love the friends in their lives you get to see them again. Slade's cousin who is Justins baby brother Clayton and his wife Syneda keep you laughing and shaking your head with their fighting and everyone's worried if it is Syneda thats pregnant EVERYONE was worried that one Remington was enough now there could be talk of another? You'll have to see.... Along with Sir Drake, Tori, and the o'so handsome Ashton Sinclair. I couldn't put this book down, I wanted to scream at the end when it was all over but like Ms. Jackson always says she's not finished with this family yet its a lot more cousins plus the kids have to grow up sooner or later....

Greedy!

I am a big fan of Brenda Jackson. It was good revisiting the whole Madaris family and their friends. However, I did not like the way Skye's adoptive parents were portrayed. They were portrayed as being unloving, "money hungry" and willing to sacrifice Skye's happiness for a mere one million dollars. This part of the story did not make any sense to me considering that her adoptive parents were already wealthy and came from "old money." Edith Barclay did not work for a living. If they were so well off, why were they so determined to obtain money at their daughter's expense? Overall, the storyline was a good one.
