Best book on the subject that I have read

This book is worth reading hands down. It covers scientific as well as religious perspectives on the mystery. I haven't read a better book on the subject. It opened my mind to study each culture that it touches. It's completely fascinating how everything is intertwined with each other during the 2012 year. Almost as if "The Secret", a well known book, helped me find it. Namaste.

Confused?!?

The various essays in the book cover the whole gamut of what can possibly happen, I guess we will just have to wait and see for ourselves.

Great for a beginner!

For the last couple of months or so, the date December 21, 2012 kept coming at me from many disparate sources. Then a few weeks ago, while browsing through my local bookstore I came upon this book and took in a few pages.

Typically I'm not a fan of "collected essay" style books, however I must admit this one was a very good read. If you're curious about the 2012 phenomena but have absolutely no clue what it's about, then I highly recommend this book. For most of the contributors of this work, the years leading up to and including 2012 portend many difficult but ultimately beneficial changes: material, emotional and spiritual, that will usher in a new era for humanity. I sure hope they are right!!!

This book is a compilation of study and research done by a variety of people interested in the meaning of the ending of the Mayan calendar. Anyone wanting to get a broad understanding of this topic can do not better than reading this book. I laud Sounds True for bringing together this very pertinent information.

Excellent book.

Awesome read about all the ideas revolving 2012. Very informative and interesting. Great for those who are curious about the changes happening on this planet right now.
