Lost 5lbs in 7 days doing this DVD 5 Times!
I've lost 5lbs so far after doing this DVD only 5 times in 7
day
s! I started doing the first Level for 4 days. I got stronger quickly so I advanced to Level 2 the 5 time. I have to say I like the moves on Level 1 better. Level 2's moves are a bit more awkward. I'm sure they will get easier once I get stronger though. Be prepared to be super sore the first time ever doing this. I worked out with weights and resistants bands prior to this dvd but I was still really sore. It helped to put a different workout in between the days I was sore and then get right back into the next day! She is really encouraging throughout the dvd which kept me going on some parts I wanted to die! If you do this dvd with the intensity she wants you to for the full 20 minutes you will be sweating like crazy! I also liked that she had two girls behind her doing different levels. There was some moves I just couldn't do yet on level 2 so it was nice to see what my option was by looking at the less advanced moves. I definitely recommend this DVD!

i own many workout dvds and this one is a new fav. jilian gives you a total body workout, combining aerobic and strength training, in about 20 minutes. in many of the moves you work two muscle groups at once, thus adding to its effectiveness. i would consider myself to be in pretty good shape, yet i found level 1 to be quite challenging (it also help me discover what parts of my body were weak and needed attention). i have no doubt that as i advance through all the levels, i will be

ded...i've only done the first workout a few times and i'm already seeing results.

Kicks Your Butt
This DVD is incredible. There are a few downsides, however the results make it worth the 5 stars.
1. I have completed the DVD and haven't lost 20 pounds, however I have lost so many inches all over my body that everyone asks me what I've been doing.
2. You can't skip the intro I suggest starting the DVD and then changing into your workout clothes. It's ready to go when you come back down.
All in all a great workout that will get you in shape in 20 minutes a
day

Great Workout
Workout is amazing, level 1 is great for beginners or just stand alone, You will need a pair of 3-4lb weights and a mat if you are working out on a hard surface. (I didn't know this when I bought it and didn't see that info anywhere here on amazon.)
Level 2 is much harder, and 3 is even more difficult. I can't wait to try out

Shred
DVD about 30 days ago and have found the excercises to be simple and easy to follow. The program fit easily into my schedule and is definately working. I would highly recommend it. It provides a pace for beginners and the more advanced and is truly awesome.
