Better than I thought

I was really unsure when I purchased this book, but I'm glad I did. I finished this book in one day, not that I don't finish the rest of my books that fast. I really loved Conrad, and the story she told of him and his brothers. Kinda upset that it kept jumping at crazy times, but got past that and kept going. The sex scenes were great, for her to be gentle with him when he was a virgin was great. If only I could get dirty with a vampire I would be all to thrilled to keep going too. Started late in the series but I plan on playing catch up. WTG Ms. Cole.

Fun and Sexy

Seeing how other reviewers have given a quick summary of the book - I will get staight to the point. KC's latest addition to the IAD series is hilarious, fun and sexy. There is absolutely nothing boring or slow in this story. I love the unique characters. A dead burlesque dancer/ballerina and a mad vampire. This heroine is not shy either! She is gutsy and bold - my favorite kind of heroine! Conrad is rather dark and brooding - yet his love is intense.

I love KC's writing because her chacters are so 3-dimensional. You can hear them and feel their emotions. They jump out of the page at you. I loved that I could actually see Conrad gradually come of madness because of this sexy ghost that only he could see (which adds some of the most hilarious moments). KC has this ability to make you feel like you are there watching every moment of her stories.

I highly recommend this book to all lovers of paranormal romance. You will not be disappointed!

not bad

I enjoyed reading this, I don't really like the sex scenes, they seem weird. Its slower than #3, Ilike Cole's style of writing.

Not as good.

I didn't like Conrad's story as much as the others. But it still worth reading.
