Excellent book for people who are grieving

I bought 3 copies of this book after reading a review in my local newspaper. One I kept for myself, as I'm grieving the death of my 20 yr. old son, and the others were given to family members who had just experienced the sudden death of a loved one. We all agree the advice given in this book is very helpful, insightful and written with compassion. Unlike many other grief related books this one doesn't use silly, annoying adages or make 'blanket statements'. It's direct, to the point and right 'on the money'. I recommend it for anyone who's dealing with grief.

It gives good insights into the grieving process from this perspective. It offers practical help to understand one's grief and help to begin the healing process. A must-read for anyone who has suffered this type of loss.
