Great book for bread!

This book is very thorough and is a good purchase for those interested in making their own bread. Great pictures and very detailed instructions throughout!

the only bread book you need

This purchase was a gift for my son who is always copying recipes from my book. His family said the pizza I made them was the only great pizza there is.

This is an excellent book that has thoroughly researched and presented in such a way that is very understandable.

Tremendous cookbook, second to none

Now THIS is what a cookbook ought to be like! Comprehensive, even exhaustive, beautifully laid out and produced and chock-full of essential knowledge. Even experienced home bakers will find a lot of new and useful information. What makes this cookbook worth the money, however, is the level of knowledge Ms. Beranbaum shares with the reader. Really a fantastic examination of all kinds of bread. If you love to bake or know someone that loves to bake, they MUST read this book! This would be a great gift for someone who's at home in the kitchen. Truly inspirational -- it's that good!

Great book for bread lovers!

I purchsed this as a gift for my husband who loves to bake bread. He is an experienced bread baker but I feel this book would be great even for a novice. I highly reccomend this book.
