A mothers loss.

I followed the whole trial of Scott Peterson, my heart bled for the parents of Laci. They lost both their daughter and grandson at the hands of this man. I feel the book was well written, Sharon Rocha had so much taken away from her. As they say "Why not get a divorce"?

A heartbreaking, but beautifully written account of the truth

I just finished "For Laci" and I found it to be the best book written about the whole ordeal.... the pictures of Laci from childhood up, also gave you a truer view of who she was... I cried from page one, but it was worth every tear. Bravo Sharon, your daughter is smiling down on you, proud as can be!

laci's legacy

i have not yet begun to read this book. i have to be in the right frame of mind. i'm worried that it will upset me, as a mother, but want to know all about Laci. my heart goes out to her family on their loss. her mother, the author, has much strength and i applaud her for writing this book so that we can know Laci better. i believe, for me, this book will be a 'must read', but also will 'tug at my heart'.

Fantastic

A not to be missed for those interested in the court system and how it works and relates to the jury.

A wonderful book

I'm still not sure how Sharon Rocha managed to write this book. It's full of good anecdotes and stories about a young Laci, and graphically details Sharon's feelings and actions once she found out Laci was missing.
