highly recommended

decent, not the greatest

i would recommend the "Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX-RN Examination" instead of this one. The Kaplan book teaches how to take the exam but the Saunders book does that in addition to a review of the main points.

Kaplan's NCLEX review

Has exactly what I was looking for in an easy to read book. The questions are somewhat limited compared with other reviews, but the explanations help you see whether you did right or wrong. Overall a good buy.

I have read through most of it already and tell you this is a key book to have. There are a hundred books you can buy to prepare for NCLEX, but this is for HOW to take the test. It is not one of the books that offers thousands of sample questions. There are many books to choose from if you want that, too. This book is the best for telling you what the test will look like and how to approach the questions.

NCLEX-RN

This great study guide and cd prepares you for the NCLEX-RN EXAM. I found it to be the best one out of the five exam prep books that I purchased. It even states PASSING SCORE GUARANTEED on it's cover. I highly recomend!!! :-)

Helped me pass

I purchased this book instead of taking their review class because let's face it, the class is pricey. It was so very worth it. You can review facts all you want, but the thing that makes this book awesome is that it teaches you how to think through the questions and pick the "best" answer. I passed my boards and then lent the book to my friends and co-workers who were taking the boards because it was so helpful for me.
