This is a book to read more than once!
Her own struggles provide the background to see just how successful you can be with her ideas. After seeing her mother murdered and her father commit suicide, she worked long and hard, first at denying her own self-worth and then finding it aqain.
I know whereof I speak. Not only am I a psychotherapist, I am also Rhonda's cousin. While this obviously makes me somewhat biased in this review, I can say that I've seen the growth and the power that this woman has in her life, she's onto something and wants to share it with the world. Find a copy of the book, use the ideas in it (even just one or two) and see how things can change. I know the principles are founded in good psychology, I also know personally how transforming they are, seeing them play out in the life of my cousin. Her life is going places and she invites all her readers to come with her!
