Joy of Cooking

We own two previous editions that are falling apart but are still our most used cookbooks. The older one (80's) is better than the 90's version, so we have kept both. The 75th anniversary edition is said to be more like the older one. I hope it turns out that way but can't say for sure yet.
I would have preferred a binding that lies flat on the counter, but that is not coming out for almost two years!

Covers Everthing!!

This book not only has recipes but it is a cooking and baking manual. I have been cooking for years and this is one book I would not part with. This book is as good as anything Alton Brown puts out. I use it often.
