As I was on my way to the book store a young driver cut me off and the entire way to the book store I was upset and let it frustrate me. While I was looking through a number of books, "Don't sweat..." caught my eye and I picked it up and the page I opened to was the chapter that talks about trying to learn something from everything that happens. Ironically, Carlson wrote about that driver that cuts you off and instead of getting upset look at it as a way to practice being patient. Needless to say, I found the book I was looking for.
I recommend this book to everybody. Everyone will be able to benefit from this book and it is reading that can be picked up and put down. If everyone was to think and act the way Carlson writes about, the world would be an easier place to enjoy life.
Richard, thank you for writing this book. It has inspired me to be a better person. Although I will never be completely bearable, this ought to help a tremendous amount. God Bless.
