This is amazing useful book for everyone in business !

Dr Carlson's Don't Sweat the Small Stuff... is an amazing book. It's written just for me ! After reading the 10 first pages I had found myself on each several times. The text is so simple that everybody must inderstand it. Even me ! This book is the modern way to say that "Nothing but taking care of a garden is necessary and even thet is not necessary". Thank you Dr Carlson .

Don't let the little things at work bother you too much.

Too many times we run across co-workers even our supervisor's who try to act in a way other then they are. Meaning they are trying to show-off or just prove how great they are. Maybe thinking "hay, I'm better than you. And I have more friends." Just say, without using profanity, "so what." you will eventually discover who your true friends are. Practice paying not the least bit of attention to these people unless you really have to. Such as your supervisor. Another words, take it in stride or just simply relax and say to yourself "Hay this isn't really a big deal." why am I making such a fuss over ii?"

He really helps you to deal with the stress at work, which we bring on ourselves. It's in my library.

Basic common sense stuff with the millienium twist

I have just finished reading Dont sweat the small stuff at Work and found the book to be extremely helpful to put my working life in a proper frame. I have immediately put to practice some of the suggestion offered by Dr. Carlson and the short period of 2 weeks the results are simply amazing .Many of the examples mentioned in the book relate to my career to a large extent .Most of which I have taken for granted .Now I see them in a different and fresh perspective.

Simply a great investment.

This book brought a new light to everyday life. It has made me feel better about myself and be able to put up with more of the everyday hussle and bustle without raising my blood pressure to extraordinary levels.

As I was on my way to the book store a young driver cut me off and the entire way to the book store I was upset and let it frustrate me. While I was looking through a number of books, "Don't sweat..." caught my eye and I picked it up and the page I opened to was the chapter that talks about trying to learn something from everything that happens. Ironically, Carlson wrote about that driver that cuts you off and instead of getting upset look at it as a way to practice being patient. Needless to say, I found the book I was looking for.

I recommend this book to everybody. Everyone will be able to benefit from this book and it is reading that can be picked up and put down. If everyone was to think and act the way Carlson writes about, the world would be an easier place to enjoy life.

Richard, thank you for writing this book. It has inspired me to be a better person. Although I will never be completely bearable, this ought to help a tremendous amount. God Bless.
