A day at the beach with Jack the Ripper

A fun read. Good for the beach. Much better than that mind-numbing, mass-produced mystery crap (a la Mary Higgins Clark) that's supposed to pass for good summer reading. Buy this and get a sunburn.

Could the case really be closed?

Very enjoyable read. As always Ms. Cornwell does a great job at presenting the evidence and coming to a reasonable conclusion. When I see a new book by her I ALWAYS have to buy the hardback because I can't wait for the paperback to come out!
