DEADLY SEXY is an exhilarating sports romantic suspense

Successful Jessi Teresa "JT" Blake is wealthy, pretty and intelligent so even the toughest male athlete is intimidated by her; as no one messes with Lady Blake as she is referred to by her rivals. When her car breaks down on a California freeway in the Bay area, trucker Reese Anthony stops and offers the beautiful lady in distress a lift to Oakland, which she gladly accepts.

Reese initially hides from her that he is a former cop turned investigator looking into a murder in professional football. When someone threatens JT's life, he tells her who he is and offers to protect her. Although she feels confident that nothing will happen to her, she gladly accepts as much because she wants him as an undercover bodyguard protecting her as she wants him under the cover guarding her body close up.

DEADLY SEXY is an exhilarating sports romantic suspense with the emphasis on the romance. The lead couple is a wonderful pairing as they exchange barbed tongues throughout the humorous story line. Whereas the two mysteries provide supporting subplots and the sports milieu serves as a backdrop, the prime focus is on the feisty Lexus driver and the tough truck driver falling in love.

Another great book by Beverly Jenkins. Now if you have read Topaz we met Grace Blake & Lorlie Reed could you guess what type of granddaughter they would have. NO I couldn't but trust that I was not disappointed. Meet Jessi Teresa Black is Los Angeles' toughest and sexiest sports agent. JT or Lady T as her players call her. play a mean game of Playstation Madden football and keep her sometime, overprotective, multimillion dollar, clients in line without breaking a sweat. Now with this type of lady I guess you can guest what type of MAN she need meet Reese Anthony.

While Reese was driving an eighteen-wheeler on California's I-5 to San Francisco, Reese came across what to appear a damsel in distress. He quickly learned that not only was she beautiful but she was also very knowledgeable of sports and cars. Now Reese was not just your average truck driver. He wear several HATS Also through out the book we get to listen to Frank Beverly & Maze which will make you pull out your album.

I tell Reese and Jess are a HOT couple and you will not be diappointed in them.

Chemistry so Hot!

I loved this book. I have been waiting on this book and was not disappointed. I love how JT takes care of her business. The chemistry between she and Resse is so hot,it leaped off the pages. I stayed up all night long to finish this story and it was worth the wait.

I was turned on to Beverly Jenkins earlier this year by reading a blog. I picked up her book Night Song and fell in love with this author. I have since spent a small fortune bought all of her books. She is simply my favorite author! I bought her books for a few of my friends as well. Get this book and go back and get the others.

Roadside Assistance With A Sexy Twist

WOW...in "Deadly Sexy", Mr. Reese Anthony provides the kind of roadside assistance, that I would be WILLING TO WAIT on ALL day. A man of many talents and a TRUE gentleman to boot. Thoroughly enjoyed the old fashioned courting he was giving Jessi. Ms. JT Blake is an independent woman that knew how to take care of herself, and was definitely handling her business well. Ms. Jenkins put the two of them together on the 5, and from that point on the SPARKS were FLYING throughout this novel. Ms. Jenkins delivers a thrilling ride of drama, suspense and HOT & STEAMY romance, that will keep you on the edge of your seat and eagerly turning the pages to find out what happens next. As always her characters are UNFORGETTABLE, the good guys and the bad guys, and the dialogue is fresh and witty, which keeps the story flowing effortlessly across the pages. I love the way she connects the present day characters with her historical romance characters. Since I've only read some of her historical romances, I now have to back track and read all of her sizzlin' romantic suspense novels. Ms. Jenkins has yet to disappoint me with her writing skills! And I definitely look forward to reading more of her work, old and new! A definite MUST Read!

Not only Deadly and Sexy but HOT!!!

This is the story of JT (Jessi Teresa) Blake and Reese Anthony. This story is HOT!! The chemistry between the two main characters makes you want to go out and find a man like this for yourself. Not to mention the other Reese men who make you want to move to MI to find them. Ms. Jenkins has written another "explosive" book and like all of her contemporaries it has links to her historicals. If you haven't picked up one of those you should not only are they good entertainment they are also a good history lesson.
