happy..but disapointed

I love the all of the books, but the fourth season was not as great as I hoped it would be. Most of the book is about Lena,Carmen and Tibby...you almost never read about Bee..even though shes the narator of this installment. I thought that was quite unfair. To me the ending was not as great as it could have been. I still loved the series though.

This book is very similar to the other three books in this series, it is about the same four girls but in different locations.I would say this is probably the last sisterhood of the trveling pants book, because the girls are getting older and it seems like the end of the story.This book is probably best for teen girls to read, there is a few innppropreate parts but we would suspect this in this story as the girls get olderI liked this book mostly because i read the other three so i just wanted in end to the story. This is a great book and it sure does finish the story.

Ehh...So-So

The fourth and final novel in the Sisterhood series was average. One would think that the final novel would be more powerful, or moving. It wasn't. Actually, it's very lacking in scruples. I didn't like Carmen in this book, nor did I like Brian & Tibby's relationship. Lena's circumstances and situations I could understand, but did not want it to end up that way. The only character sceneario I did like was Bridget; her story was really cute.
In conclusion, this book could have been better and is not at all satisfying.

It's the summer after their freshman year of college, and Tibby, Bridget, Carmen, and Lena are about to embark on their fourth summer apart. They are spread out all over the world again. Bridget is in Turkey at an archeological dig, Tibby is in Boston at a filming workshop, Lena is in New York working on her art, and Carmen is at a Shakespeare Festival. One of the girls will start with the pants and they get the pants for a week, and they need to tell what happens when she is wearing the pants. The pants get passed on to the next sisted, and she does the same thing. Through a tramatic loss of the pants, the girls are brought to Greece where they must fine the pants. The girls share all their love stories, their job experiences, their family crises, and their lost feelings for each other while they are staying at Lena's grandmother's house.

In the end...its all a matter of time.

Well I loved this book. It left a little something missing at the end. I wish Ann would do a grown up version of the girls so that we know what has happened to them. Perhaps swing forward 10 years. Note: They will probably have grown apart by then but it would still be interesting to see what has happened. It's amazing how much the girls change in this book. Old relationships shine through the tough times and new relationships grow or fade. People experience their firsts, their lasts, and their never will bes. In the end...its all a matter of time until this would happen. The pants were meant to keep them together while they were apart in the summer...but what happens when they are apart throughout the year? Will the pants continue to link them subconsciously to one another. Or is it just a game of pen pal now that everyone is in separate places? In the end....its all a matter of time.
