the velvet room

I am 38 years old and like many of the reviewers listed read this book when I was a fourth or fifth grader. I remember reading it again and again. I read it so much that my book binding came apart. I too would like to share this wonderful adventure with my daughter. Please consider bringing this book back into print. I would enjoy reading it again myself.

Back to Fairyland

I loved this book when I was ten. Recently, I've been wanting to read it again and I was shocked to see that it was out of print. I don't remember much from the book, just a few tidbits, but I do remember that it captivated me. It is a wonderful book for children and adults who want to find the road to fairyland.

an enchanting story, why is it out of print?

i first read this book in 6th grade, which was only 3 years ago. i fell in love with this book and many other zks books. i recommend it to anyone who likes good literature. what i don't understand though is, why do they have such a wonderful story out of print?

A Wonderful Book!

I still remember going to the library on the last day of 4th grade, 30+ years ago and there sat The Velvet Room -- brand new. I was the first person to check it out. Like everyone else, I re-read it several times growing up, and its been fun to see how many others loved this book. I wanted to get a copy to send to my niece for Christmas and was dismayed to learn it is inexplicably out of print. I feel fortunate that I still have a battered paperback from childhood!

Bring Back the Magic

This was one of my favorites as a child. I can only share the thoughts of others by saying what a great book this is. This book has all the best offerings; mystery, suspense, secrets, and a heroine who loves to read. ...please put this book back in print and share it with a new generation of readers.
