Great for people short on time
This DVD is GREAT for people who are short on time. I am a stay-at-home-mom and have a 3 m.o. and a 19 m.o. so it is hard to find any time to myself during the
day
. I've managed to find the 25 minutes in the day that it takes to do this workout.
Jillian will
definitely give you a good workout if you are at a beginner or intermediate level (not sure about advanced because I'm nowhere close). I have had this DVD for a little over a month now but have only used is consistently over the past 2 weeks and can definitely feel a difference when I workout(I am still at Level I), in my energy level during the day, and have already lost a few pounds which is hard to manage when breastfeeding. I like how she cycles through Strength, Cardio, and Abs. Doing it that way the workout is over before you know it. I highly recommend this DVD.

I can't stop sweating
I was looking for a short workout for those mornings that I don't have time for the gym. Since I bought this DVD about a month ago, I have been to the gym only twice. I really love it. I really feel challenged and that's just on level 1.
I have two complaints only. One is that it takes forever to get to the menu. This is not unique to this DVD, but it drives me crazy. The second thing is that

can over explain things. The producers obviously realized this and you can select to just hear the music, but then you really have to watch the video. Anyhow, those are my only complaints and their minor.
Now if I can just find a 20 minute yoga workout that I like...

Wow! and Wow!
I just did the 1st work out-#1. My arms feel like jelly. I'm a beginner. I walk 2-3 miles several
day
s a week and do short strenth training workouts on exercisetv.tv. I've been working out now for over two months.
This work out was beyond challenging but not so difficult that I dropped out. I've come to appreciate the satisfied exhaustion after a good workout. I'm confident this dvd will live up to its promises (albeit not the 20 pounds in 30 days) as long as I committ to.
As one reviewer says ifyou are looking for easy--this is not it!

This workout literally kicks butt!
I'm an intermediate exerciser who was looking for a challenge and quick results. This workout nearly killed me, but in a good way. I have done it every other

AWESOME WORKOUTS!
I have to agree with many other reviews when I say this is not for whimps so don't bother in trying this if you are. These workouts are for seriously committed people, its HARD and INTENSE. It doesn't waste any time. When I started these workouts I was already working out, but I have seen some serious results in my body though you don't notice it at first. I am on the third level of this video and it still kicks my butt especially the last circuit cylcle of level 3. In one month I have lost 10 lbs and I still have 13 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight. I have done these workouts almost 5-6 times a week, but sometimes I will do an extra workout in the morning before heading out to work and on the weekends I find something active to do such as jogging etc. I eat healthy about 4-5 times in the
day
, I am not taking any diet pills, plenty of water, rest
multivitamin, therefore I am happy to say I have shedded 10 lbs on my own
through hard work. OH yeah and I allow myself 1 cheat day a week... hey
it's the least I deserve after all that hard work.
I am a single mom, so believe me when I say time is of the essence. Sometimes I am doing these workouts with my son in the background or him on top of me while I am doing pushups etc. Therefore, this in a short intense workout that will give you results. I am finally losing the
baby weight, hence the baby is 2 but I am getting definition in my abs and arms again, not to mention many glances from the opposite sex and
compliments from friends and co-workers.
I HIGHLY recommend these videos, but like I said this is not for whimps, you have to be dedicated, motivated and like anything when you feel the
most discouraged just keep at it. There is no miracle for losing weight it takes hard work but the satisfaction you get from the results has no comparison by far.
