Excellent Preparation Book

I just took the CBEST exam on Saturday (December 1, 2001) having spent a few hours over a couple of weeks with this book and was extremely impressed with the complete and practical layout. The tips are very useful and the exercises easy to understand. The practice exams are very realistic and there were no suprises when it came to the actual exam. I would hightly recommend this to any one who has been out of school for awhile and would like to efficiently get ready for the CBEST. I selected this book based on the other reviews at Amazon.com and they were all accurate.

I took the CBEST this morning and can tell you that the content and samples of this book are very close to the actual CBEST exam. The book is very easy to understand and telling you how to crack the questions. You will find may helpful hints to pass the exam. You won't regret buying this book.

CELEBRATE THE CBEST

This study guide not only cracked open the CBEST, but it rolled out the red carpet treatment for me. In other words, this was the only study guide I utilized (although I bought others)and I went into this testing situation feeling confident and ready for the challenge. I felt like royalty that knew an inside secret when I opened the test booklet and was able to put into action my plan to conquer this conquest - THE CBEST!!! I remembered so many helpful hints from this study guide that I utilized for the test. In fact, my weakest link I predicted was writing and yet my score received was 75 out of a possible 80. I used the same terminology as the examples suggested and it worked! Additionally, I scored well on Math and utilized many of the mneumonic devices suggested in this guide to help me complete the challenges before me. In fact, there were so many suggestions on how to use the answers first to help me solve the problems, that I seemed to whiz through the Math section. That's not to say that the testing situation itself is not intense.....it most certainly is, but with all of the helpful hints contained within this book, certainly you will do well to spend the dollars suggested to obtain your copy. You have surely wasted money on so many insignificant things for your life.....this book is significant.....bless yourself with the gift of CRACKING THE CBEST and then go out in this world and teach the future of America......my prayers will be with you.

I Finally Passed the CBEST

Thanks to Cracking the CBEST, I finally passed the CBEST. I took the exam two times and received a low score of 30 on the math portion. I truly believe this book is the reason that I finally passed the math seciton with a score of 44. Thank you for preparing a book that is easy for non-math majors to understand. I will spread the word to my classmates that your book is the best.

Great Book

Great book! I scored twenty-eight points higher on the math portion of the CBEST utilizing this book. If your looking for results, Cracking the Cbest is the way to go.
