What a great book!

I started my education using Mosby's (which is a decent book), but I needed something more and this is it! It has very extensive and detailed descriptions. It just doesn't tell you the definitions...it describes everything possible about the word. Well worth your money!

Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary 21st Edition

I am currently a nursing student in my final year. I have seen a number of medical encyclopedias / dictionaries, and in my opinion, Taber's is by far the best I have used. It is loaded with useful illustrations, and never did this cyclopedia not contain the medical term I was looking for information on. Judge for youself, but I don't believe that you will find another medical dictionary / encyclopedia any better than Taber's, and most of them are not nearly as good.

The product was as promised

I will say that I am satisfied with the product I ordered. I did pay for the faster shipping, and unfortunatley it didn't ship as fast as the others that I ordered. I would definately order from this person again, but not spend the extra money for rapid shipping.

A must for your library

Invaluable help as a medical transcriptionist..I keep the disk in my laptop bag, and the book on my shelf at home. Fantastic for when internet goes out. (I live in the mtns and have satellite)

Great asset

This has been a great asset to me. I think it was the best investment I could have made. It helps me in my medical terminology class as well as with my family's health issues. Recommend it highly.
