A Most Practical Guide to Spiritual Living

This book by Joel Goldsmith is very practical and straightforward in showing the reader how to bring the presence of God into daily life. As one reads and questions or thoughts arise, the answer or further explanation is not far behind. It is as if one were having a conversation with Joel in that moment. A must read

INSPIRATIONAL GUIDE TO THE HARMONIOUS LIFE

Compiled from letters by Goldsmith to his students around the world, this book was first published in 1962. This updated edition includes a useful index prepared by Barbara Griffiths. The theme of the book is how to live a spiritual life while still fully living in the everyday world. Meeting responsibilities and problems by the practice of spiritual principles is an effective way of achieving a fully realized 4-th dimensional consciousness of oneness, than by withdrawing from the world. The blending of tried and tested spiritual wisdom with the practicalities of daily living is explained on every page, making Our Spiritual Resources a perfect guide for living in the world. It provides information on how to enhance the individual's physical, financial, social and spiritual well-being by learning to live in harmony with these eternal principles. There are plenty of examples on how to pray effectively, attain control of the mind, body an money, ho to meditate an how to bring God into daily experience. Chapter headings include The New Life By Grace, The Practicality Of Spiritual Living, Spiritual Attainment Through Prayer, Individual Discovery Of Truth and The Principle Of Nonpower. The book is a powerful source of inspiration, a brilliant guide to the spiritual treasures in every individual and an uplifting guide to a more fulfilling life filled with infinite grace. Similar books of great spiritual power includes Ralph Waldo Trine's In Tune With The Infinite and Raymond Holliwell's Working With Th Law.

I Have Loved It For Many Years!

I first picked up this book over 20 years ago, at an Infinite Way study center. The title caught my eye as being something I needed at the time, as my husband and I were going through some financial struggles. I knew God was the source, but how could I connect to my 'spiritual resources'?

My copy got all marked up with highlighted sentences, turned down corners and paper clips for markers. That should tell you something of the valuable contents. I used to read it at a laundromat while our clothes were being washed and dried.

My husband and I were trying to get a business started and this little book had many diamonds in it that reflected back in my thought at the time. On page 154, a section starts, 'Begin To Pour'. And, so we did.

Although it took years of practice, the principle paid off with abundance. I highly recommend this book to anyone who may be stuck on the answer to 'supply'.
